Design Dilemmas? We are here to help! We love to polish up your home after you have most of your basic furnishings in place, but you just need expert advice. This two hour service is ideal for clients who have a smaller budget in mind and just need someone to point them in the right direction. After your virtual consultation, you will receive a written proposal of our design selections and solutions. You are then able to execute all further renovations, furniture and/or accessory purchasing, or installations all on your own because we have set you up for success. Curious on how you can make your space yours more personal and chic while renting? Then this service is perfect for you! Let us curate the perfect place for you by using “renter safe” design methods. This service, like all of our services, starts with a detailed questionnaire to find out what you really need and want to get out of this project. Next up is a one on one with your stylist, at your home to discuss the project in depth. Your stylist will then take all of your inspiration and create a design that both you and the landlord love. Once the design, budget, and pieces are approved, purchasing of items will begin. Install day will be here before you know it. Choose to install on your own or schedule our stylist team to put everything in its perfect place.

What is a “Spec Book”? A “Spec Book” or "Project Specification Manual" is a document listing all of the designs and materials involved in a construction project. Spec books offer an opportunity to design the project down to every detail, and make the best decisions about design, materials, installations, and other choices that assure a perfect final product.
Spec books include schematics, design mood boards, 3D renders, materials schedules / procurement lists, and other information the project requires. Spec books can range from 20-30 pages to 200 pages or more, for large projects.
The process of creating the spec book requires collaboration between the designer, the architect, the electrical and mechanical engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.

We also work with magazines and showrooms to create stylish shots for publications and social media. 

If your home is halfway there... you don't have to be famous to have your space look like a magazine! Intended for homeowners that need assistance in a new fresh look using their existing furnishings and decor in combination with new items within the clients budget. Once the appointment is scheduled, a request for pictures of your existing space and items intended to be repurposed are sent at least one week before the appointment. Client's inspiration pictures and desired style will be discussed, number of rooms and their dimensions are also needed. A new design layout will then be created by our team. We will schedule an installation day and you can leave everything to us to create the magic to make your space really come to life! The stylist will be your personal shopper prior to the appointment and arrive at your home with new furnishings and accessories that will be added to your existing items to create a beautiful fresh look. *If contracted services including wallpaper and/or painting services are desired, those services will be discussed on a case by case basis. Not local to Dunedin or even Florida… no problem! With our e-design service we can tackle your needs from afar. This service is a collaboration between the creative stylist and the client. First, we will have you complete our questionnaire. This will be followed up by a virtual consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your needs and wants for the project. The client will need to provide us with pictures, measurements and inspiration for the space(s). We will provide the client with a moodboard, 3-d render, floor plan and purchase list with links.Then the client will be responsible for receiving and inspecting the product. Once all items have been received then the client will place them in accordance with the floorpan that we have provided. The last step will be a virtual call to do the big reveal and install pictures provided by the client. Finally… enjoy your carefully curated space.
